OAA helps keep Ocean Avenue clean and welcoming through sidewalk sweeping, litter removal, pressure washing, and graffiti abatement. We also work with City agencies, property owners, and community partners to address ongoing maintenance needs.

Marketing & Economic Development Program

OAA supports local businesses with permitting help, resources, funding opportunities, and technical assistance. We also promote Ocean Avenue through events, marketing, business attraction, and partnerships that strengthen the corridor.

Streetscape & Beautification Program

OAA invests in landscaping, street trees, sidewalk gardens, public art, lighting, and other improvements that make Ocean Avenue more inviting. These projects help create vibrant public spaces where people want to visit, linger, and connect.

Management & Operations

OAA manages the Community Benefit District while building partnerships, engaging stakeholders, and securing resources for the corridor. We advocate for investments and coordinate programs that improve safety, cleanliness, and quality of life.
