Ocean Avenue Association (OAA) is committed to transparency, accountability, and responsible stewardship of the Ocean Avenue Community Benefit District (CBD). As a California nonprofit organization and Community Benefit District, OAA operates in accordance with the Brown Act, applicable state and local regulations, and the standards outlined in our Management District Plan.
This section provides access to public meeting information, governing documents, financial materials, and other resources related to the administration and oversight of the district.
Through collaboration with property owners, businesses, residents, community partners, and public agencies, OAA works to support a clean, safe, vibrant, and economically thriving Ocean Avenue corridor.
