The Ocean Avenue Association provides free graffiti removal for graffiti under nine feet high on public and private property.

Simply complete a waiver form — once your waiver is on file, our cleaning team takes care of the rest.

Our cleaning ambassadors patrol the district every day, sweeping sidewalks, monitoring problem areas, and removing graffiti to keep Ocean Avenue clean and welcoming.

We cannot clean graffiti on private property unless a signed waiver is on file.
