Rosendo graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor’s in Broadcasting & Electronic Communication Arts. Before working with the Ocean Avenue Association, Rosendo worked at the School for Self-Healing located by Ocean Beach in San Francisco, California.
Rosendo is passionate about connecting and helping his community.

CHRISTIAN MARTIN
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Christian Martin is the founding Executive Director of the SOMA West CBD and worked with the board to set up the district’s financial and operational systems before the organization launched services in March 2020. Christian has over ten years of experience managing improvement districts that serve business communities, residents, and visitors.

GABRIEL CORY
DEPUTY DIRECTOR
Gabriel grew up in Ingleside and always considered Ocean Avenue home. He attended city public schools and Northeastern University, where he received a degree in Political Science.
Gabriel worked at Dolby Laboratories in San Francisco for eight years, where he helped launch the Dolby Music business group and managed a team focused on product, business development, and partnerships. He went on to join Pioneer DJ EMEA as a product planner, where he managed the development and release of products for the UK and EMEA regions. Gabriel recently returned to San Francisco as a consultant.
He is excited to meet with business owners and community members on the corridor to help bring new business, partnership, and social opportunities to fruition.
