Strategic Plans
OAA’s Strategic Plans help guide the organization’s priorities, operations, and long-term vision for the Ocean Avenue corridor. Developed through collaboration with Board members, stakeholders, businesses, and community partners, these plans establish goals and strategies intended to strengthen the district through core services, economic vitality, beautification, advocacy, and community engagement.
Developed following an organizational audit and period of transition, the 2021 Strategic Plan established a framework to strengthen governance, improve operational stability, and refocus the Ocean Avenue Association on its core mission and responsibilities. The plan helped guide organizational restructuring, clarify priorities, and rebuild the foundation for long-term district management and community impact.
The 2026 Strategic Plan builds upon the Ocean Avenue Community Benefit District Management Plan and reinforces OAA’s commitment to delivering strong core services for the district.
Focused on clean and safe initiatives, beautification, economic vitality, community engagement, and organizational sustainability, the plan outlines priorities and strategies intended to support a vibrant, welcoming, and resilient Ocean Avenue corridor in the years ahead.
