CALL FOR ARTS: Participate in the upcoming Ocean Ave Wine Walk & Art Festival! (Paid Opportunity)**

Description: The Ocean Avenue Association reintroduces the Wine Walk event supporting small businesses, local artists, and spotlighting the vibrant creativity of the Ocean Avenue Retail District. This wine walk will use art as a vehicle for community engagement to celebrate local culture and creativity, offers paid opportunities for artists, and invigorates venues and city corridors.
This year, OAA art installations will be promoted as part of the Wine Walk. We are excited to be partnering artists with small businesses to augment their venues to exhibitions creatively. The OAA is also pleased to be hosting a guided Wine and Art Walk celebration on May 31, where the public will hear the artists speak about their work and enjoy a post-walk party with light snacks and drinks at one of the participating venues.

**Click here to be redirected to the application form.

Artists create custom installations highlighting the venue and the energy of the community. ALL installations are temporary and must be removed by mid-July. Artists receive a stipend of $300-400 (depending on the size and intricacy of the installation) for their creative labor and supplies. Innovative temporary installations can creatively re-design street-facing windows, parklets, exterior/interior walls or spaces, and more. Through OAA, art reinvigorates small businesses and celebrates the community. Installations will remain on-view from May to Mid July.

Artists with ties to the Ingleside or San Francisco's Southern neighborhoods (94112, 94132) are highly encouraged to apply.

The OAA manages and oversees art installations and de-installations to further its mission of fostering emerging and established artists who contribute to San Francisco’s inimitable creative energy. Creative options are at the discretion of the business, in collaboration with its artist partner.
