The Ocean Avenue Association (OAA) is seeking a full-time Executive Director to lead the organization into its next chapter.
 

Following the successful renewal and expansion of the OAA in 2025, the Board is transitioning from a part-time to a full-time Executive Director to support the district’s continued growth, programs, and operations. This role will oversee strategy, daily operations, partnerships, and community engagement, while working closely with the Board to advance OAA’s mission.

The position will be filled through a competitive hiring process, with the goal of onboarding a new Executive Director in Spring 2026.
